Manual harvest in small crates. Transfer into small capacity wooden vats. Pre-fermentary maceration. Manual punching down. Maceration for 28-32 days. Aging for 18 months in new oak and one year-old barrels.
Deep red. Elegant nose of red and black fruit and roasted notes. The palate is full-flavored, round and well-structured. Delightful length.
