- Spring (March to May): Temperatures gradually rise, favoring vine growth. Moderate rainfall helps to hydrate the soil, and sunny days with cool nights preserve the acidity of the grapes.
- Summer (June to August): Summer temperatures can be warm, ideal for ripening Prosecco grapes. Sunny days favor the development of fruity and floral aromas. Cool nights preserve the acidity necessary for Prosecco's freshness.
- Autumn (September to November): This is harvest time. The days remain pleasantly warm, allowing optimal ripening of the grapes. Harvesting often takes place in dry, sunny weather, ensuring the quality of the grapes for Prosecco production.
- Winters in the Prosecco region are generally mild to moderate, with daytime temperatures that can be cool but rarely extremely cold.
